Hi guys,
we have got a large double bed room available for a couple 230 $ per week including all bills (Internet, gas, water and electricity).
The house itself has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 Livingroom, 1 Frontroom and a Kitchen.
The room for rent has a double bed, a built in robe and a nighttable.
It is fully furnished and you only have to share it with us. We are an easy going, sociable couple from Germany who are working part time.
You only need 1 minute to get to the bus stop where the buses 330, 333, 340 and 370 go directly to the city in about 15 minutes time.
It is also very close to the big shopping mall in Chermside (aprox 15 min walk or 2 min with the bus).
