In saying that, it is still a lovely & quiet street with the Kedron Brook running directly behind us!!
The house is split over two levels. Upstairs is the fully furnished kitchen, dining & living area, balcony and 1 bedroom. Downstairs is the other bedroom, laundry and garage.
The available downstairs bedroom has a walk in robe, ensuite and acces to the paved downstairs outdoor area.

I live a pretty quiet and healthy lifestyle during the week and like to relax on the weekend and head out every now and then! I am looking for a flat mate that is reliable, respectful and easy going.
